Damage: The damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company. However, we are obligated to make every effort to help customers solve this problem, please you (or other consignee) be sure to check the quantity and appearance of the goods with the Courier (this is your right), if the quantity is wrong or the appearance is damaged, please ask the Courier to sign for confirmation.
Problem 1: The Courier refused to open the check together
Solution: After you sign the express bill, take it well, and return it to the Courier after checking it.
Problem 2: The Courier would not sign to confirm the missing quantity
Solution: Just write down the Courier's phone number and name.
No reason to return: some products can be returned or replaced, if there are products to return, please contact customer service in advance to consult whether it can be returned or replaced. The return or replacement of products must ensure that the packaging of the goods is intact, unused, the products are not damaged, and the secondary sale of the goods will not be affected. Including the return of quality problems, the return freight is borne by the buyer. (Note: A box or a package of products below 5 yuan will not be returned if there are quality problems)
Subjective defects: Our products are cheap, good value for money, some buyers after receiving the goods feel some rough workmanship, defects, not good materials, not the same as imagined and so on, but these are not quality problems, no matter what products are not perfect, too picky buyers please detour.
Return and replacement: return conditions -- the quality of the product itself leads to the lack of function of the product itself, we will be returned and replaced, but the resulting freight borne by the buyer, all return freight, regardless of any circumstances, freight borne by the buyer.
Product quality: Our company will pass many checks during production, postnatal, pre-delivery and so on, fully qualified before delivery, but various uncertain factors will lead to the loss of product function.
Pictures and objects: 100% of product pictures are taken in kind, which can truly reflect the reality of the product itself, but due to light, shooting level and other factors may lead to slight differences between pictures and objects. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the color of the product and the outer packaging, packaging method, etc., please refer to the actual situation.
Others: Although we do are boutique toys, but for perfectionists or strict requirements of the product, please gorgeous turn elegant detour.
The transportation is done by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. Transportation time is subject to weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions and many other factors, we give you the estimated transportation time for reference only, not as the content of the contract, nor as a reason for return.
